- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is a nice branch with a very decent staff. Customer service has been fine for the 10 years I've banked here. With Provident in general, policies tend to be more human than at the huge banks; I get help when I need it and the corporate customer service reps are helpful/pleasant. I get reimbursed for any ATM fees as long as I meet some reasonable basic requirements. I joined because of one especially helpful staff member and have never been sorry.By Douglas O, June 14, 2017
